Nakajima Gekko "Irving"

Nakajima J1N1-S Gekko "Irving" at the Smithsonian's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center. It was designed as a three-seat daytime escort fighter, although later redesigns for escort, reconnaissance, and night fighter duty. This is the last remaining example in the world.
